Electric decoupling of the cathode gas feed line of the plasma accelerator containing electrical insulator at least with single hole for the working gas supply to the cathode emitter, working gas feed line in electrical insulator with mounting flange to the electrical insulator, working gas feed line from electrical insulator to the emitter with mounting flange to the electrical insulator which differ because the hole for the working gas supply in electrical insulator are displaced relative to the cathode emitter axis, thus the axis of these holes intercept the face wall of flange feed line for working gas supply from electrical insulator to the emitter, and the maximal size of the cross-section of each hole for working gas supply in electrical insulator is executed much less length of this hole.
