The invention relates to installations for running processes of membrane separation and can be used to treat natural and waste water, to concentrate solutions, to obtain desalted water in chemical, food and other branches of industry. The object of the invention is increasing service life of the installation, improving effectiveness of its use and a reduction of the prime cost that is accomplished because the membrane installation which includes sand filters, connected to each other in parallel, intermediate vessels with microfilters, a high-pressure pump, membrane filters, a permeate collector and cocks, the sand filters, which are connected in parallel, are connected to intermediate vessels with microfilters, which are connected in parallel, with cocks installed at inlet and outlet of each vessel, between the high-pressure pump and intermediate vessels which are connected in parallel, a valve and a vessel for clarified water, are also installed additionally, an additional manifold is introduced which connects outlets of membrane filters concentrate through cocks with sand filters.
