The invention applies to the testing equipment.
Primary area of application: the equipment for testing
the samples of materials and construction elements in
liquid and gaseous oxygen at modeling full-scale
operating conditions.
The installation contains a chamber of high pressure with
oxygen feed and discharge, rotating shaft, radial
follower with movement mechanism, measuring devices and
the object under research. The high-pressure chamber is
divided into two sections: technological and working.
Every of them have autonomous oxygen feed and discharge.
The rotating shaft is made as a separable and mounted by
the bearings in the technological section. Non-rotating
part of the object under research is kept by separable
bush against the rotating part of this object. It is
supported as a cantilever at the separable shaft in the
working section. Two followers in axial and radial
directions connect the separable bush with the movement
mechanisms. The mechanisms of follower movement are
located outside the high-pressure chamber. The technical
result of the invention is a possibility to test full-scale
construction elements in liquid or gaseous oxygen.
