and Advantages |

| Implementation of the original technology for water treatment prior to RO treatment provides reliable protection of RO membranes against mechanical damages. |
| Use of highly effective anti-scale inhibitors and special technique for washing down RO membranes provide increasing their life-time up to 5 years. |
| Implementation of highly effective hydraulic drives for pumps provides higher effective recuperating hydraulic energy from the RO exhaust brine thus reducing the power consumption rate for the process of desalination. |
| Recuperating hydraulic and osmotic energy of the exhaust brine considerably reduces the specific cost of desalinating sea water. |
| Application of non-standard design of special equipment, in particular: feed water boosters, intermediate filters, micro filters, RO modules reduce the cost of the process equipment by 30 to 40 % as compared to the regular market prices. |
| Considerably lower total cost. |
|
| "AMINAT" - is highly advanced sophisticated technology of Russian defense industry that allows to provide twice as lower cost for water treatment. |
|
|
Two-stage technology of
desalinating sea water makes it possible practically
completely removing dissolved solids out of sea water
including bromides and boron: |
| Pressure vessels obtain original two-layer composition (metal - polymer) excluding corrosion of metal at actually low cost of manufacturing them. |
| Designing the RO units is based upon the original PC codes developed on the basis of the empirical data accumulated in the results of large maintenance and work experience. It guarantees that the results of design calculations would always coincide with practice. |
|

The recuperation system is intended for converting the residual energy of the exhaust brine into useful energy. The highly effective hydraulic and osmotic exchangers developed by the Russian scientists provide recuperation of up to 75 % of energy required for pressurizing the feed water without consuming energy for an outside power supply. |
